• Where is my nearest Kia dealer for service or repair?

  We have over 180 dealers in the UK, so there will hopefully be one quite close to you.  We can help you find your nearest dealer here.

• What accessories can I buy for my car?

  There are some great accessories available for our cars – full details can be found by visiting your local dealer  or the accessories area on our website.

• Do you have an accessories brochure?

  There’s no brochure available at present - full details can be found by visiting your local dealer  or the accessories area on our website.

• What should I do if I have a problem with my car?

  Kia ownership is renowned to be trouble free.  But should you have a problem, in the first instance we would suggest that you let the selling or repairing dealer know – this is where your contract of sale or service is based.

• I’m unhappy with my Kia dealer, what should I do?

  We want to offer a high level of service to all customers in every Kia dealership.  If you feel this hasn’t happened, in the first instance we suggest that you let the dealer know about your experience – they are best placed to resolve this quickly for you.
