Step 2 Choose a question

  • What is the service interval for my car?

Service intervals can be downloaded in PDF format from the website. The link to the PDF can be found on the Aftersales Page.
  • If a car has an incomplete service history is the warranty still valid?

An incomplete service history wont invalidate the warranty, however if an issue arises and it’s believed to be linked to the vehicle not being serviced correctly, that particular claim maybe rejected.

  • What are the benefits of getting my car serviced at a Kia dealer?

There are many benefits for using a Kia dealer or approved repairer, they include:
o Kia trained Technicians that know our products better than anyone; they also have the support of our technical team
o Only Kia Genuine Parts are used
o They will only use the lubricants recommended by Kia
o All cars are checked for any service campaigns, modifications or improvements that can be performed to your car.
o Authorised to carry out warranty repairs and annual Anti Perforation Warranty checks
  • Can I purchase a Kia Care-3 or Kia Care-3 Plus service plan for my car?

We offer a competitive fixed price servicing package on some of our Kia cars – Terms & Conditions apply.  Full details can be found in the Aftersales area  of our website.
  • Does fitting non-Kia parts invalidate my warranty?

We would recommend the use of original Kia parts because if your car fails due to a non-genuine part being fitted, then a warranty claim may be rejected. If you use a garage other than a Kia dealership or approved repairer to service your car, please tell them to specify the part numbers on the invoice and keep this safe.

  • When does my anti-perforation inspection need to be carried out and where?

If your car has an anti-perforation warranty, there’s a periodic bodywork inspection that needs to be completed at a Kia dealer  - they will be able to confirm when this is due.  There may be a charge for this inspection.
