How to dispose of your (End-of-Life) vehicle

Kia strives to offer innovative products for all of us. This embraces the complete life cycle of a vehicle - from the design stage right through to recycling.

Kia applies state-of-the-art Design for Recycling (DfR) guidelines to ensure environmentally friendly recycling at the end of a vehicle's life. Ecologically friendly disposal and treatment of End-of-Life Vehicles is one of Kia's environmental targets.

Kia has selected partners across Europe who are able to ensure environmental protection when handling harmful substances and waste. This waste is to a great extent recovered and recycled to ensure the highest levels of environmental protection.

Kia Motors (UK) Ltd has appointed autogreen as our partner to manage the take back, treatment and recycling of End-of-Life Vehicles in accordance with Directive 2000/53/EC. They can provide advice on whether or not your vehicle qualifies for free take back and the location of your nearest take back facility. For further information please click here

Kia is looking forward to helping you - and the environment.
