Kia Roadside Assistance

Whenever you’re on the road, it’s good to know you’re not alone. KIAssist is our unique Roadside Assistance package designed for Kia owners which runs in partnership with the RAC. It doesn’t just cover you in the UK – you’re covered on mainland Europe too.

KIAssist is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Just give us a call on 0800 015 8762 - whether you've lost your keys, had a puncture, broken down or run into more serious trouble.

Some of the benefits of KIAssist are:

  • Roadside Assistance – Breakdown cover at the roadside throughout the UK and Europe*
  • At Home – You’re covered from your front door, before your journey even begins.
  • Nationwide Recovery – If we can’t fix your vehicle at the roadside we will transport you and up to seven others to your nearest Kia dealer or your destination anywhere in the UK
  • Onward Travel – We will provide a replacement car for up to two days while yours is being fixed*

KIAssist package is free for 12 months (from the date of first registration) with every new Kia.
