Looking ahead is the most important thing when you're driving. That's why we've placed essential functions on the steering wheel to ensure you don't take your eyes off the road. You can adjust the stereo volume or access the trip computer with a finger tip. The centre console houses a handy central "turn and push" control unit for the audio system with access for you and the front passenger.
Whether you're just popping to the shops or traveling afar, the new Kia Venga is designed to make all journeys as pleasant as possible. Whilst those in the front have comfortable seats with lumbar support, rear seat passengers also enjoy star treatment. The head and legroom in the rear cabin is outstanding. To increase it even further, simply slide back a seat, or recline for a little relaxation.
The Kia Venga is an expert at versatility - and still manages to throw in a few surprises. Despite its compact outer dimensions, it offers plenty of room for plenty of uses starting with the 440 litre luggage compartment. To increase boot space Venga offers a number of options: The 60:40 split rear seats, which dive and fold to create a flat surface. Or the flexible two-tier boot space floor, which gives the possibility of using a lower level to extend total volume to 570 litres.
In the event of a collision, the Venga provides outstanding protection thanks to a rigid bodyshell and carefully positioned crumple zones. These absorb any energy during a collision, dampening impact. Six airbags are standard: dual front airbags, front side airbags and full length curtain airbags to protect rear passengers. The front seats feature active headrests to avoid head injuries during a rear impact. All five seats have 3-point seat belts.
The new Kia Venga comes with inbuilt confidence thanks to our unrivalled 7-year warranty. With a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty and 7year/100,000 mile warranty on all Kia vehicles. The Venga also benefits from a 5 year/100,000 mile paint warranty and a 12 year anti-perforation warranty. A 12-year anti-perforation warranty is also part of the package. We offer this generous service simply because we can. But then, our cars are so well built you'll probably never need to make use of these exceptional warranties.
The new Kia Venga is not just a car to enjoy space with. It's designed for the road - whether you're buzzing around town or beyond. For outstanding agility and stability, there's active driving technology including Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Brake Assist System (BAS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Hill Start Assist Control (HAC). Add to that fully independent front and rear suspension and you have all the ingredients for a comfortable ride.
Are you a petrol lover, or do you swear by diesel? The Kia Venga offers a choice of three responsive 1.4 and 1.6 litre diesel and petrol models ranging from 89 PS to 126 PS. Whilst all diesel engines feature the latest 2nd generation Common Rail Diesel technology. The petrol models have CVVT (Continuous Variable Valve Timing) technology and electronic fuel injection to boost output.
At Kia, we take being green for granted. All Diesel engines are available with the new Start/Stop system. This technology significantly reduces fuel consumptions and emissions. It's all part of our EcoDynamics package, which also includes low-rolling resistance tyres and an optimum shift indicator.
